How much does this cost after the first month?  You have three options. You can sign up for a $2.50/month recurring charge, buy six months in advance for $11.99, or buy a year for $19.99. If you choose not to renew your account, you will still be able to log in and view your chart... you just won't be able to edit it or add new data.

Is your utility "WOOMB Certified"?  WOOMB International does not offer certification to sites for on-line charting. The authentic literature on the Billings Ovulation Method is available at www.thebillingsovulationmethod.org/ and it is recommended that users and potential users of this Method of natural fertility regulation avail themselves of the opportunity to become familiar with this literature which will assist in personal charting.

Are there any prerequesites to using your charting utility?  This utility is not designed to teach you proper use of the Billings Ovulation Method of Natural Family Planning. It will not be useful to you unless you have been trained by a WOOMB certified teacher. You can find the nearest WOOMB certified teacher at BOMA-USA (for the United States) or WOOMB worldwide.

Is my chart public?  When your account is set up, your chart is private. You can select the teachers that can view your chart by logging in and clicking on "Share your chart with your teacher".

I am a WOOMB Certified teacher. Can I get a free account?  Teachers that have students enrolled in this site are given free accounts. Enroll in the site, and then send me an e-mail at support@nfpcharting.com.   After I verify that you are certified, I'll convert your account to a teacher's account and your students will be able to select you from the list.

Will this utility tell us when we are fertile?  No.  This utility is provided simply to allow you to do away with the standard "paper and stickers" method of NFP charting.

When my account expires, will I lose my chart?  Should you choose to end your subscription, your account will expire.  You will still be able to log in for the next six months, but you will not be able to edit or make additions to your chart.

When I print my chart, the colors of the stamps don't show up. What's going on?  The default setting in Internet Explorer prevents it from printing background colors.  To change this setting, click on File and then Page Setup.  On the Page Setup dialog box, make sure that "Print background colors and images" is checked. Click OK, then try printing again.
